Hi, I’m sara.

I started my health + fitness journey after having a DVT + PE (blood clot in my leg and lungs) that honestly threw my perspective completely upside down and left me classified as underweight. I thought I was a healthy person — but I realised I wasn’t properly fuelling myself or even moving my body enough. I started lifting in the gym and never stopped.

I started as a personal trainer in 2021 in a little old local gym, and soon became an online coach and Accredited Sports Nutritionist (SNA).

Since then I’ve been lucky enough to work with countless women on their own health and fitness journeys, and have loved every second.

Now as a mum to my baby boy Raf who was born in 2024, I have an even stronger drive to help support pre and post-natal women achieve their health, fitness and body composition goals — all while juggling pregnancy, birth and their babies.
